Delivery

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.

The shipping time depends on your location, and product purchased, for instance shoes can take up to 3 weeks.

but can be estimated as follows:

USA: 3–4 business days

Europe: 6–8 business days

Australia: 2–14 business days

Japan: 4–8 business days

International: 10–20 business days

 

Where will my order ship from?

We work with on-demand order fulfillment companies with facilities worldwide and your order will be shipped from the nearest place to you, our hope is that this reduces unnecessary waste and keep our carbon footprint small.

 

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. It sucks and we wish there were no borders.

 

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

Ask your local post office if they have your package

Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s,        get in touch with us at  post@anatype.ink  with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

 

Orders

How are your products made?

Most of our products are made with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it with the least carbon footprint  and efficiently.



How do I Track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you

quickly, please email us at post@anatype.ink within a weeks' time with photos of the

damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll

get back to you with a resolution pronto.

Getting Batch spirits to you swiftly and safely is of paramount importance to us. Most of parcels are sent via Royal Mail, and in some instances by courier.

How much does delivery cost?
As an estimate delivery cost is available in the shop, before you purchase. The delivery cost is subject to changes imposed by the delivery companies we use.

How long will my order take?
The majority of our orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48, and usually take between two to eight working days. If you spend £30 or more you will automatically qualify for free tracked delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48). In some instances, larger orders will be dispatched by courier and take between two to eight working days.

In unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, there maybe a short wait on some items whilst we obtain them for you. If you require an order urgently then please contact us and we will advise of availability.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout the UK mainland, highlands and islands.

The delivery charge is calculated based on the delivery postcode and will be displayed on our shopping cart page.

Batch regrets that as of yet we do not deliver internationally. However we are happy to send goods on your behalf to friends or family in the UK so that they can pass them on to you.

Can I use a different address for shipping?
We are happy to send your order to a different address if this is more convenient for you. You will have an option to enter your chosen delivery address at checkout.

How do I return goods?
Refunds will only be provided for faulty or damaged goods.
